MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION

Membership Fees are $50 per year; plus a $20 Application Fee.​

Please Note:

• If you have a Printer: Download an Application using the Link below. Open the Application and enter the information using your computer; then Print and Sign.

• If you don't have a Printer: Use the Contact tab at the top to request an Application, and it will be mailed to you. Be sure to include your Mailing Address on the Form.

• Mail the Application along with a check for $70.

• All Applicants must attend a personal Interview at the Club.

• You will be contacted to confirm your Interview date/time slot.

• If you decide at the Interview that you do not wish to join, the Membership Fee will be returned to you.

• Please be patient, as it may take a few months to get your Interview.
